FLOW
Wax & Wane Interiors recognises the healing and creative outlet of putting pen to paper. Slowing down, sitting with our thoughts and allowing our words to process grief and trauma is an important part of creating a sensory safe home.
FLOW (Forces Literary Organisation Worldwide) aims to help and support anyone affected by war and other traumatic experiences in their lives and to help them share their thoughts online with like-minded people.
Anyone affected by trauma (serving military personnel, veterans, their friends and family or anyone who simply wants to express themselves) is invited to share their feelings and thoughts in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
People are welcome to share their poems, stories, letters and lyrics and read other people’s contributions and comment on them.
FLOW is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) whose registered number is SC050666.

Veterans Outdoors
This is a hands-on charity that supports the veterans and their families in the South West. Their focus on the healing nature of the outdoors with the wider forces family creates a sense of belonging, friendship and home that goes beyond the four walls of our own houses.
An independent charity working closely with the NHS and other referral bodies. Our team includes veterans and health professionals and many of us have seen, at first hand, both the devastating impact of trauma and the wellbeing, healing effect of outdoor activity. We put our beneficiaries first and are united in our passion for the work we do.
